Br8k Thru Rage Room Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Participation Policy
By booking a session with Br8k Thru Rage Room, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Participation Policy. Each reservation requires Br8k Thru Rage Room to reserve a specific date and time, facility space, equipment, protective gear, and staff for the customer. Because these resources are reserved specifically for each appointment and may prevent the business from accepting another booking, customers are expected to carefully review their reservation information before submitting payment.
Rescheduling: Customers are permitted ONE (1) reschedule per reservation. To qualify for a complimentary reschedule, the customer must contact Br8k Thru Rage Room at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the customer may select another available date and time. Once a reservation has been rescheduled one time, no additional complimentary rescheduling is permitted. Any additional request to change the date or time may be treated as a cancellation and may result in forfeiture of the reservation payment.
Cancellations and No-Call/No-Show: Reservation payments are generally non-refundable once a booking has been completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Br8k Thru Rage Room under this policy. A NO-CALL/NO-SHOW occurs when a customer fails to arrive for the scheduled appointment and does not contact Br8k Thru Rage Room before the appointment, does not respond to reasonable attempts by Br8k Thru Rage Room to contact them regarding the missed appointment, or arrives so late that the scheduled session can no longer reasonably be provided. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW RESERVATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE CUSTOMER'S PAYMENT. The customer will not be entitled to a refund or complimentary rescheduled appointment. A no-call/no-show will also count as the customer's one permitted rescheduling opportunity. Any new appointment following a no-call/no-show must be booked and paid for as a new reservation unless management approves an exception.
Late Arrivals: Customers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Br8k Thru Rage Room provides a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If a customer arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the service may be cancelled if the remaining time does not allow Br8k Thru Rage Room to safely and reasonably provide the scheduled service or would interfere with another customer's reservation. When the appointment is cancelled because of the customer's late arrival, the customer may be charged for the scheduled service and may forfeit any payment made. Late arrival does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or additional session time.
Intoxication and Impairment: For the safety of the customer, staff, and other participants, any customer who appears to be intoxicated or impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any other substance will not be permitted to enter or participate in the Rage Room. Br8k Thru Rage Room reserves the right to refuse service when staff reasonably believes that a customer is intoxicated or impaired. If a customer is refused entry or participation because they appear intoxicated or impaired, the customer will forfeit any payment made for the reservation and will not be entitled to a refund or complimentary rescheduling. Customers are responsible for arriving sober and able to safely participate.
Required Clothing and Protective Equipment: All participants must wear closed-toe shoes and long sleeves while participating in Rage Room activities. Participants must also wear all protective gear provided or required by Br8k Thru Rage Room, including applicable helmets, eye protection, gloves, protective clothing, and other safety equipment, as instructed by staff. Protective gear must remain on at all times while participating in activities inside the Rage Room. Failure or refusal to follow safety requirements may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Physical Ability and Medical Conditions: By participating, each customer confirms that they believe they are physically capable and in suitable physical condition to participate in Rage Room activities. Customers must notify Br8k Thru Rage Room staff of any medical conditions, physical limitations, injuries, or other circumstances known to them that could affect their ability to safely participate before beginning the activity. Customers are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual physical condition and are encouraged to consult a qualified medical professional when necessary.
Personal Property: Br8k Thru Support Services, Inc. and Br8k Thru Rage Room are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed personal property, including but not limited to clothing, jewelry, electronic devices, phones, glasses, wallets, purses, vehicles, or other belongings. Customers should secure or remove personal belongings before participating in Rage Room activities.
Emergency Exceptions: Br8k Thru Rage Room understands that genuine emergencies may occur. Management may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for circumstances including serious medical emergencies, the death of an immediate family member, significant unforeseen emergencies, severe weather or dangerous travel conditions, government-mandated closures, or other circumstances determined by management to warrant an exception. Documentation may be requested when appropriate. An emergency exception does not automatically guarantee a cash refund and may instead result in a one-time rescheduling opportunity or credit toward a future reservation.
Cancellation by Br8k Thru Rage Room: If Br8k Thru Rage Room must cancel a reservation because of a facility closure, equipment failure, staffing issue, emergency, unsafe operating conditions, or another circumstance attributable to Br8k Thru Rage Room, the customer will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected reservation. Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days, although the time for funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
Reservations purchased through promotional offers, discount codes, group deals, special events, gift certificates, package deals, or third-party booking platforms may be subject to additional terms and conditions disclosed at the time of purchase. Gift certificates and approved booking credits are not automatically redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to contact Br8k Thru Rage Room directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. If a chargeback is submitted, Br8k Thru Rage Room may provide the payment processor with relevant documentation, including the booking confirmation, payment record, reservation date and time, customer communications, cancellation or rescheduling records, attendance records, signed waivers, and evidence that the customer acknowledged this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to prevent a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law.
By submitting a reservation through Br8k Thru Rage Room, the customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Participation Policy. The customer understands that they are permitted ONE (1) reschedule, that at least 24 hours' notice is required to qualify for a complimentary reschedule, that a NO-CALL/NO-SHOW results in forfeiture of payment, that customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service cancelled and payment forfeited, that intoxicated or impaired customers will not be permitted to enter or participate and will forfeit any payment made, and that all required clothing and protective equipment rules must be followed.
