• Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own tents, chairs, tables, displays and weights and agree to follow the instructions provided by coordinators via email

• Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses or approvals required to operate their business at the event (This mostly applies to food and drink vendors)

• I understand the vendor fee of $50 is non-refundable and non-transferable

• I understand I have 48 hours to pay my vendor fee once I receive my acceptance email or my spot may be given to someone else.
