Handbook Acknowledgement - Employer Copy
The Employee Handbook provides important information about employment with ME-M, and I understand that I should consult with my manager or a member of the Leadership Team concerning any questions I may have regarding the Employee Handbook. Since the information and benefits described in the Employee Handbook are subject to change, I acknowledge that revisions may occur, and I understand that revisions supersede, modify, or eliminate the related current Employee Handbook provisions. I have entered into my employment relationship with ME-M voluntarily and acknowledge that there is no specified length of employment. Accordingly, either I or ME-M can terminate the relationship at will, with or without cause, at any time. If I owe ME-M any sums of money during any time of my employment (for example: violation of policy, failure to return ME-M property, etc or at the time of my termination, ME-M is hereby authorized and directed to deduct those sums of money from any and all outstanding sums (including compensation)I am otherwise entitled to receive from ME-M to the greatest extent allowed by law. I understand and agree that I shall, during the course of my employment and at all times subsequent to my employment, hold in strictest and total confidence all confidential information. I have reviewed the Employee Handbook, and I understand that it is my responsibility to read and comply with all ME-M policies and any revisions made to them, and that any violations will lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. A signed Handbook Acknowledgement must be submitted to the General Manager and/or Owner no later than two (2) weeks after date of hire or receipt of this handbook.
