Thank you for signing up to volunteer at Snake River Fest 2024! Your time and energy directly support the missions of both the Snake River Fund and the Jackson Hole Kayak Club; two organizations dedicated to stewarding our rivers, empowering the next generation of paddlers, and bringing our community together through education, recreation, and celebration.
As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will receive a meal token and a limited-edition Festival hoodie for their participation.
We ask that each volunteer sign up for at least one 2-hour time slot. Roles may include:
- Event parking coordination
- Zero Waste Station supervision
- Merch tent support
- Assisting with partner booth loading/unloading
- General event and festival area support
To help get everyone dialed before the big weekend, I’ll be hosting two virtual “open-house” meetings during the week leading up to the festival. These sessions are completely optional but are a great opportunity to connect, ask questions, and get a clear sense of what to expect. Details and links for those will be sent out soon.
