ICCCA Call for Proposal

We are delighted to invite you to submit a proposal for the upcoming ICCCA Conference, taking place from November 19-21, 2025, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton East Peoria Riverfront Hotel and Conference Center, located at 100 Conference Center Dr., East Peoria, IL 61611.

The theme for this year's conference is “Unity of Voice – Stronger Together.” We encourage you to weave this theme into your proposal, highlighting how collaboration and shared perspectives can enhance our collective efforts.

Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes, with a 10-minute intermission between sessions. ICCCA will provide carts, screens, and projection systems; however, presenters are kindly asked to bring their own laptops.

Please note that the deadline for proposal submissions is July 31, 2025. Notifications of acceptance will be communicated by August 5, 2025. To ensure your place in the program, all accepted presenters must register for the conference by September 30, 2025.
