    ARTWORK REGISTRATION FORM

    You have until midnight on Saturday, May 31st to submit your artwork. 


    Required Artwork Info 

    For each piece you enter, you must submit the following:

    Title
    Medium (e.g., oil, watercolor, ceramic, digital)
    Size (in inches: height × width × depth if 3D)
    Price (all work must be for sale – no NFS pieces allowed)

     

    You may submit up to 3 original artworks.

    All mediums welcome – 2D & 3D!

     
    Note:
    Multi-panel works (e.g., diptychs, triptychs) count as separate pieces.
    Works over 36” in any dimension must include your own display easel.
    3D works must include your own pedestal.



    Awards & Prizes

    All registered entries will be judged (unless you opt out). Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded in the following categories:

    Judge’s Choice – $100
    Technical Excellence – 1st ($75) & 2nd ($50)
    Compositional Excellence – 1st ($75) & 2nd ($50)
    Color Excellence – 1st ($75) & 2nd ($50)
    Creative Excellence – 1st ($75) & 2nd ($50)
    Artistic Achievement – 5 awards ($25 each)
    People’s Choice – $50 (voted by the public, announced Sunday)



    Key Dates


    Registration Deadline: May 31, 2025 at midnight
    Art Drop-Off: Wednesday, June 11, 1:00–5:00 PM (no early drop-offs)
    Judging (closed to public): Thursday, June 12

    Show Dates:

    Friday, June 13 | 10 AM–5 PM
    Saturday, June 14 | 8 AM–5 PM
    Sunday, June 15 | 10 AM–3 PM


    Artist Reception: Saturday, June 14, 4–5 PM
    Awards Ceremony: Saturday, June 14, 4:30 PM
    Art Pick-Up: Sunday, June 15 at 3:00 PM (no early pickups)

    Labeling Instructions

    All artwork must be labeled on the back (2D) or bottom (3D) with the following:

    Artist’s Name
    Title of the Piece
    Medium & Price
    Contact Info (business card is acceptable)

     

    Hanging work must have a secure hanging wire – no sawtooth hangers will be accepted.

  • I have read and accept all the terms of the Artist Agreement for the 2025 Longmont Artists' Guild June Art Show & Gift Shop event. 

    I understand that commission on all sales is 35% to the Longmont Artists' Guild.

    Be sure to price your art accordingly. 

    I understand that hanging artwork must be wired for display.

    I understand that the Longmont Artist's Guild (Guild) will display my art at the Boulder County Fairgrounds.  Guild and Boulder County Fairgrounds accept no liability for damage or loss of your artwork.
