WHOLESALE AGREEMENT SUMMARY

By applying for a wholesale account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Minimum order amount: $200 AUD (excluding shipping fees)Minimum quantity per product: 4 unitsPayment is required in full prior to production (via PayPal or Bank Transfer – PayID or traditional)Production turnaround: 2–4 weeks from paymentShipping via Australia Post or courier (insured)Returns accepted for faulty or incorrectly sent items only (within 24 hours of delivery)Products must be sold under The Wild Cauldron branding – no private labellingItems may only be sold via your website, social media, or physical storeSale on auction sites (e.g., eBay) or at markets requires written consentOnce approved, your store will be added to Stockists Page, featured on our retail site.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that this application serves as a preliminary agreement to enter into trade. Full wholesale terms, conditions, and policies will be provided upon account approval. You retain the right to withdraw your application or terminate the partnership at any time upon review of those terms. Should you choose to discontinue, we will respectfully cease trade upon your request.
