This form will guide you through the process of securing an appointment and ensure that I have all the necessary information needed to create a one-of-a-kind tattoo experience tailored just for you. I can’t wait to collaborate with you. 💕
    • Things to know about booking an appointment with me 
    • Some things to keep in mind:

      If you wish to request multiple designs, kindly submit a separate form for each design. I prefer to tattoo in my style, so it's essential to review my portfolio to ensure I align with your artistic vision. Please note that I do not do cover-ups, touch-ups on other artists' work, or incorporate geometric shapes into designs.

      Pricing/Payment:

      I offer Half Day and Full Day appointments:

      Half day rate is: $1200

      Full Day appts: $2,000

      Pricing reflects $400 deposit included

      If you are working with a budget, please let me know and I will do my best to work with it. 

      If your request requires multiple Full Day appointments, this information will be specified in the deposit invoice. While cash is the preferred method of payment on the day of your appointment, debit/credit cards are also accepted. Pricing quoted reflects 3% cash discount, add 3% to your total if you plan to pay with card.

      Deposit Policy:

      To secure an appointment, there is a non-refundable deposit of $400. Once your request is accepted, you'll receive an invoice and available appointment date(s). If your chosen date becomes unavailable before your deposit is processed/paid, an updated invoice with a new date will be sent. Please carefully review the invoice details and process your deposit within 24 hours to secure your appointment.

      For designs requiring multiple appointments, the $400 deposit will be credited towards the final appointment upon completion of the work.

      Consultations:

      Consultations are available via FaceTime if required and happens two weeks before your scheduled appointment. Please be prepared to provide a clear description of your request and utilize reference photos to effectively convey your vision.

      Touch-ups:

      To ensure your tattoo looks its best for years to come, I offer complimentary touch-ups within one year of your initial appointment. It's important to note that its intentional that tattoos aim for lighter healing, unless requested otherwise, but please put in design notes and remind me before we start tattooing you. :)

      Change Requests/Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:

      • All deposits are non-refundable. If you request to cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. I suggest rescheduling vs. canceling to avoid losing your deposit.
      • All communications and requests must be done through my email: dre.li.tattoos@gmail.com
      • A 7-day minimum notice is required for any design changes or rescheduling requests.
        • If notice is given in the appropriate time, the deposit will carry over to a rescheduled appointment.
        • If notice is received less than 7 days of the appointment, the initial deposit is void/non-refundable/non-transferable and another deposit will be needed to reschedule.
      • I know life is unpredictable, so I do my best to accommodate clients' needs while also respecting my schedule. :)
    • What does it mean to be on a waitlist?

      If books are currently closed, life and reschedules happen, resulting in a last minute opening.

      In order to fill these openings quickly, I will send deposit invoices to people who have opted to be placed on this waitlist as appointments become available. The appointment will be offered to multiple clients and will go to the person who pays their deposit first.

      It is ideal for you to have a flexible schedule and live close enough to make a last minute opening, or willing to travel with little notice. If that is true for you and you would like to be placed on my last minute opening list, please feel out the form below.

      I book Full and Half Day Appointments ONLY. Full day rate is set at $2,000 day appointment and Half Day is $1,200. If your request requires multiple full day appointments, this information will be specified in the deposit invoice.       To ensure your tattoo looks its best for years to come, I offer complimentary touch-ups within one year of your initial appointment. Touch-up sessions are usually scheduled at 10:30 on Tuesdays-Fridays. It's important to note that my technique aims for lighter healing. If a touch-up unnecessary, we'll inform you accordingly. Should you prefer a darker outcome, kindly specify this in your design notes. Please note that returning to darken the work doesn't qualify as a touch-up.

    • Tattoo Design Types:

      • Flash Designs: You can locate my flash designs on my story highlight on my IG profile. Ensure to screenshot the design(s) you're interested in and attach them below. Unless otherwise noted, all flash designs are repeatable.
      • Pet Portrait: Pet Portraits hold a special place in my heart as one of my favorite tattoos to create. To ensure the best outcome, I do require clear photos that capture every detail of your best friend. It's important to note that I can not alter the pet's body placement; instead, I tattoo them as they appear in the photo provided.
      • Floral Creative Freedom: In my creative process, I value the freedom to design from scratch, ensuring each piece fits the requested placement perfectly. While clients can provide general ideas, listing more than 3 specific element contradicts the concept of creative freedom. For designs requiring multiple elements, please request an "Custom Design" for a more cohesive outcome.
      • Custom Design: All designs are crafted and inspired by your vision and my style to collaborate on something you're dreaming of. If you need a consultation beforehand to make sure we're on the same page, please make note of this.

    • Do you want a border included? Examples of a border are flowers, bandana, collar, pet's body, etc. Depending on size and placement, pet portraits can either be full of half day.
    • Requirements for pet portrait referance. All photos need to be:

      • Taken at eye level, with your pet making eye contact with the camera - treats help with this! Do not take them well standing, get down to their level.
      • Taken in the position you want them tattooed in. My tattoos are realistic because I use real life photos as reference. I am not able to recreate your dog in a different position than what you provide.
      • Taken in good lighting, I needs to see the details of their fur. Good lighting is a must, outdoor images tend to be best.

      *If you want to include a bandana or collar, it’s best to have them on your pet in the photo.

      *If your pet is no longer with us, I'm truly sorry. Please provide the best possible images you can find and be sure to mention this in the details below. The images uploaded need to be clear, working with old photo's makes it a bit difficult to recreate.
