    • Confirmation of space will be sent to the email address provided on this registration form.

    • Move-in Day and time Confirmation will be in the acceptance email/letter and is based on location on the floor.

    • Fire Regulations: All display vehicles must have ¼ tank or less of fuel & Batteries must be disconnected.

    • Stanchions and floor covering are recommended. You may bring your own or rent from the contracted decorator.

    • Award Presentation takes place Sunday afternoon. Times provided in acceptance letter/email

    • Move-out takes place immediately at show closing on Sunday Evening.

            -Multiple registered vehicles may share the same 20' x 20' Premium space

            -Two weekend exhibitor wristbands

            -Enhanced show location with increased visibility

            -Additional room for signs, barriers, and display materials

            -All vehicles and displays require management approval

            Elite Invitational Package 20x20

            The Elite Invitational is reserved for selected, high-level vehicles and the premier display locations

            within the show.

            -Premium 20' x 20'  indoor showcase space

            -Limited to one full-size vehicle

            -High-end show-car-style display with floor covering required

            -Premier location within the building, unveiling, of great 8 or top 20 or Specials

            -Location Flag Premier Vehicle, Great 8, or top 20 or Specials

            -Eligibility for consideration for Best of Show and ISCA Top Awards

            -Vehicle must earn First in Class to be eligible for applicable top awards

            -ISCA Judging and National Points eligibility and eligibility for cash prizes

            -Special Elite Signage Card and Certificate

            -Two weekend exhibitor wrist bands

            -Electrical service available for advance ordering through contractor (information on website)

            -These entries may be eligible for one way tow money if traveling over 150 or more miles.


            **Elite Invitational placement is determined solely by show management based on vehicle quality, display quality, and available space at the time of submission
