TRANSCEND BREATHWORK TRAINING & CERTIFICATION COURSE AGREEMENT
Tuition Total (Paid in Full): $3,300.00 USD
TUITION & PAYMENT TERMS
I agree to pay Dean Cramp d/b/a Transcend Healing and Breathwork LLC the full amount of $3,300.00 for participation in the Transcend Breathwork Training & Certification Course.
I understand that tuition is non-refundable.
I agree to remit payment in full upon signing this agreement.
I agree to maintain a valid form of payment on file and authorize Transcend Healing and Breathwork LLC to securely store and charge the payment method I provide for any outstanding amounts or other course fees authorized under this agreement.
COURSE PARTICIPATION & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AGREEMENT
As a student of the Transcend Breathwork Training & Certification Course, I agree to the following:
COMMITMENT TO PARTICIPATION & COMPLETION
• I will attend and fully participate in all classes and live training sessions.
• I will complete and submit all assignments and required reading on time.
• I understand that certification is contingent upon full participation, completion of required coursework, and adherence to the program guidelines.
GROUP INTEGRITY & EMOTIONAL SAFETY
I will:
• Respect every member of the group and maintain a kind, respectful, and tolerant demeanor.
• Avoid threatening, abusive, vulgar, or unsafe behavior toward fellow students or instructors.
• Refrain from harassment, knowingly false or defamatory statements, or conduct intended to harm fellow students, instructors, Transcend Healing and Breathwork LLC, or the integrity of the program.
Failure to meet these standards may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
TRANSFORMATIONAL PARTICIPANT PILLARS
By enrolling in this program, I affirm that I:
• Am committed to conscious growth and ready to take intentional steps toward healing and self-realization.
• View this course as a collaborative investment in my emotional, spiritual, and professional evolution.
• Am willing to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and being, even when uncomfortable.
• Know that this process is not about perfection, but about alignment with my highest self.
• Trust in the unfolding journey, even when clarity or transformation requires patience.
• Accept that my results depend on my actions, and I am responsible for every step I take.
• Honor my commitments and stay accountable by completing assigned practices and lessons.
• Communicate honestly, even when vulnerable or uncertain, and remain open to feedback.
• Minimize distractions and stay present and embodied during sessions and practices.
• Speak up when I encounter obstacles or resistance and remain open to finding solutions.
• Clearly express my needs while remaining receptive to the guidance and wisdom shared by the facilitator.
• Respect the investment of this process by showing up fully, completing assignments and practices, and honoring my commitments.
• Celebrate my wins and embrace each breakthrough as a milestone in my growth.
TERMINATION POLICY
Dean Cramp and Transcend Healing and Breathwork LLC reserve the right to terminate this agreement and remove a student from the course, without refund, for reasons including but not limited to:
• Disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
• Conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or learning environment of the group.
• Failure to comply with course policies or professional standards of conduct.
• Failure to meet the participation and conduct requirements outlined in this agreement.
By signing this agreement and enrolling in the course, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
