TRANSFORM BREATHWORK TRAINING & CERTIFICATION COURSE AGREEMENT
Tuition Total (Paid in Full): $3300.00 USD
TUITION & PAYMENT TERMS
I agree to pay Dean Cramp of Transcend Healing and Breathwork LLC the full amount of $3300.00 for participation in the Transcend Breathwork Training and Certification Course.
I understand this tuition is non-refundable.
I agree to remit payment in full upon signing this agreement.
If payment is not made within a reasonable timeframe, Dean Cramp has the right to declare the full balance immediately due and payable, with 10% interest on overdue balances.
I authorize Transcend Healing and Breathwork to securely store and bill the card I provide for any unpaid tuition balance or associated course fees.
COURSE PARTICIPATION & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AGREEMENT
As a student of the Transcend Breathwork Training and Certification Course, I agree to the following:
Commitment to Participation & Completion
I will attend and fully participate in all classes and live training sessions.
I will complete and turn in all assignments and required reading on time.
I understand my certification is contingent upon full participation, completion of coursework, and adherence to the program guidelines.
Group Integrity & Emotional Safety
I will:
Respect every member of the group and maintain a kind, loving, and tolerant demeanor.
Avoid any threatening, abusive, or vulgar behavior toward fellow students or instructors.
Abstain from gossip, slander, or attempts to damage the reputation of Dean Cramp or Transcend Healing and Breathwork in any way.
Failure to meet these standards may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

Minimize distractions and stay present and embodied during sessions and practices.
Speak up when I encounter obstacles or resistance and remain open to finding solutions.
Clearly express my needs while being receptive to the wisdom shared by the facilitator.
Respect the investment of this process by showing up fully, completing homework, and honoring payment obligations.
Celebrate my wins and embrace each breakthrough as a milestone in my growth.
TERMINATION POLICY
Dean Cramp and Transcend Healing and Breathwork LLC retain the right to terminate this agreement and remove any student from the course, without refund, in cases including but not limited to:
Repeated nonpayment or delayed payments
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior
Actions that compromise the safety, integrity, or learning environment of the group
