Good - The wall is clean, smooth, and free of major damage. Paint is intact with no significant peeling, cracking or flaking. No visible cracks, moisture, mold, or structural issues. Prep work would only entail re-priming prior to mural painting.
Fair - The wall has some wear and tear. There may be minor cracks, chipping paint, slight discoloration, or surface texture issues. Some cleaning, patching, or priming will likely be required before painting.
Poor - The wall has major damage or deterioration. Issues may include large cracks, crumbling areas, heavy peeling paint, water damage, mold, or uneven surfaces. Significant repair and prep work will be necessary before a mural can be installed.
