Terms & Conditions
Refunds

Students who registered with the Early Bird Promotion prior to May 30, 2026, must also provide written notice three weeks notice PRIOR to the first day of camp and will be refunded payment less the $75 non-refundable deposit.

Partial or full refunds will not provided if your child is unable to attend the camp due to appointments, injuries, or illness. Payment is refundable if written notice is received three weeks PRIOR to the first day of camp, less a $30 plus GST administrative fee.

Refund deadlines are June 24th for the first camp, July 1st for the second camp, July 15th for the third camp, July 29th for the fourth camp, Aug 5th for the fifth camp, and Aug 12th for the sixth camp.
Drop-Off & Pick up Policies

For safety reasons, parents are responsible for ensuring that their children are dropped off and picked up by an adult – regardless of the age of your child. Unlike a regular school, 4 Elements Martial Arts students cannot arrive or leave unaccompanied, unless permission is granted in advance from 4 Elements Martial Arts.

Drop Off Time

Student arrival time should be no earlier than 8.45am. If children arrive earlier, parents must remain with their children until 8.45am, at which time the children can enter the Dojang.

Pick Up Time

Children are required to be picked up by 3:00pm. Children registered for After Camp Supervision are to be picked up by 6pm. A $5 surcharge will be applied in 15-minute increments after 3:00pm, or 6pm for students registered for extended supervision.
Lunch & Snack Policy

Please provide your child with a healthy lunch along with 1-2 snacks (nut free). Please bring own water bottle.
Medical / Dietary Information

Parents are responsible for informing 4 Elements Martial Arts Staff of any relevant medical or dietary information that affects your child’s safety and welfare.
Waiver

For all 4 Elements Martial Art Camps, you agree that there is a certain degree of risk of injury involved in your child’s participation in such activities and waive any and all right and claim for any damages of any sort or any other claim or remedy of any sort I may have against 4 Elements Martial Art, its directors, officers, and staff, in connection with your child’s participation in 4 Elements Martial Art Camps.
Photo/Video Policy

Parents consent to pictures and videos taken by 4 Elements Martial Art’s staff to be used in promotion or advertisement for its educational services and future camps, including on its website and Instagram / Facebook pages.
