Core Return and Forms
A completed Core Evaluation Form with serial number noted must accompany all ENGINE cores returned to the Factory. All engine cores must also be scheduled by our Factory to ensure a proper freight carrier is utilized. The appropriate form is provided with each Factory engine purchased.

Core Purchases
To successfully sustain our engine remanufacturing, we frequently buy and sell various engine and component cores. If you have a core to sell or are looking to buy core, please contact our core department.

To qualify for core credit

All core must be returned within 30 days from the delivery day to validate the warranty and inspected in our warehouse must be in rebuildable condition. Like-for-like cores that are not missing any pieces, don't have any holes or cracks in the block or cylinder heads, and are drained and secured to the original, undamaged skid will be fully credited otherwise no refund. Please let us know ahead of time if there are any issues at the core.

Warranty will be void if core is not returned in time.

Warranty will be void for unpaid due balance on your invoice.

Instructions

The core must be drained of fluids. 
If our unit came in a shipping container or on a pallet it must be returned in our container and need to be strapped to a pallet.
If there is damage to the core please let us know at the time of scheduling,there may be a deduction for cores sent back damaged/incomplete.
