WOMB & FERTILITY MASSAGE TRAINING WITH CAROL

BALANCE PAYMENT
Once your booking form and deposit has been received, Carol will email the Theory course details, aswell as the Fundamentals of Massage and Diploma Module access if applicable. The balance is due a month before the course starts, or payment plans are available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations less than a month before the course starts are non-refundable. A minimum of four participants are required to run a course, if numbers are lower you will be entitled to a full refund if you do not wish to transfer to another date.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Receiving and understanding how it's meant to feel is crucial when learning massage. Please be aware that there are several WFMT contraindications, if any of these apply, you will be unable to receive some or many of the WFMT techniques. Please inform your tutor no later than the beginning of the course if any of these will apply to you:
Period
Post Ovulation if TTC
Pregnant
IUD or Coil
Within 6 months of major or 6 weeks of minor surgery
Up to 6 weeks post birth

STUDENT AGREEMENT
As a Participant in the Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy (WFMT) Training I understand and agree that:
-WFMT is trademarked, and the presented proprietary materials may not be reproduced or redistributed
-When referring to WFMT in brochures, websites, presentations or other places, I will acknowledge Clare Spink as the author
-By taking this course, I'm not authorized to teach WFMT and will not teach the practical techniques or theory materials to others
-It is my sole responsibility to understand and remain within the boundaries of my own professional training, license, and scope of practice 
-I will not advertise or promote myself as a qualified WFMT practitioner or charge for treatments until I've been issued with a WFMT certificate
-If I do not meet the quality requirements during my practical assessment, I will be provided with guidance which may include further paid mentoring
 
I agree to release and hold harmless Carol Jones from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by any act or omission in connection with the WFMT Training and my practice of WFMT techniques
