Please note, we DO NOT operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our decision is based on what is in the best interest of our dogs. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason. Please be aware that the process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, and we DO NOT consider out-of-state adoptions. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

I understand this is an application and I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue has the sole discretion, with or without cause, to accept or decline this application. All the information I have provided in this application is true and correct.

I understand that I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue may receive several applications for the dog I am applying for. I understand that in that event, the best home will be selected for the dog.

I understand that the adoption fee is $475 (2 - 12 months), $425 (1 - 6 years), or $375 (7+ years). THE ADOPTION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.
