Hello and thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the "We Got Next! Community Fest" on Sat. May 24, 2025 before the Vancouver Volcanoes take on the Salem Capitals @7pm @ Hudson’s Bay HS.
In partnership with Hoops For Hope, Young Maker's Market, Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club, IQ Credit Union and others, we are are coming together to host a youth basketball and summer registration festival, as we invite community members partners to support some of the small businesses and community causes that bring creativity, personality, and opportunity to our city. Enjoy local vendors, food trucks, dancing, and basketball activities while learning more about summer youth programs and events!
Important Notice for Food & Beverage Vendors - Vendors must provide their own 10 x 10 canopy/tent for outdoor setup, food trucks are welcome to set up and serve from their vehicle if needed. After being accepted to participate in our event, all vendors selling food and/or beverages must comply with Clark County Public Health requirements and will need to provide: A valid Food Handler’s Card, and a permit issued by Clark County Public Health. These documents are not to be submitted with this application, but must be submitted by May 21 after you are accepted to participate, in order to finalize your participation as a food or beverage vendor. Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local food safety regulations.
General Vendor Information - Set-up begins at 1 PM and must be complete by 3 PM. Let us know if you will need more time to set up beforehand. You must bring your own setup, table(s), and chair(s), Vendors must stay within their designated area. Vendors are responsible for staffing their booth the entire time.
Rules & Guidelines - No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol on site.
