VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vendor agrees to:
- Arrive on time and set up prior to event start
- Keep their area clean and free of debris
- Sell only approved items/products as listed in their application
- Comply with local laws and health/safety regulations
- Not dismantle booth prior to event end unless approved by Organizer
- Be solely responsible for their merchandise and display items.
CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made by the Vendor at least ___ days before the event may
receive a partial/full refund.
- No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to weather or
  unforeseen circumstances. If canceled, booth fees will be
  [refunded/credited].
LIABILITIES & INSURANCE
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of Vendor
property.
- Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer, its staff, and
  volunteers from any claims arising from the Vendor’s participation.
- Vendors are encouraged to have their own liability insurance.
HOLD HARMLESS
I Vendor Name (harmless statement) hereby agree to and understand all of the following: The sponsors of this event, ICPIC, NAC, Penn's Landing Inc. and the City of Philadelphia are not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind to my person or properly. EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN or SHINE. I agree to sell only items relative to Islamic Culture and to follow all rules and regulations set by Penn's Landing. Failure to do so, I will be ask to leave and loss all funds deposited to vend.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of your accepting this application, I Vendor Name (waiver and liability) , the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my business, executors and demonstrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I or my business may have against ICPIC New Africa Center, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself, my business, or my guests in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recording or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose.

Violation of these rules and regulations will be in default of the agreement and will result in immediate closure, expulsion, and denial of participation of following year’s event. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
- Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia
