When attending of any Weekender Pass, each time you enter or leave the Trouville Hotel, there is a security sign in and sign out register at the hotel reception desk.

DO YOU HAVE A BOOKING THAT IS LINKED TO ANOTHER?

Link Bookings to others where possible who are booked seperately, please state Lead Name of other parties. This helps with table planning and ferries.

FEMALES DECLARATION SECTION (skip only if you are a male & female booking)

I am in an "all female" booking, whether as a single person or more, and understand I have been allowed to book, as I will be encouraging and finding men so that book their own rooms direct (linked to our names), so we keep an acceptable dance holiday gender balance ratio, rather than a situation with a majority ladies only weekend. Applies to all new bookings

Gender Balancing (once booked, any later name/gender changes are subject to the terms & conditions).

HOW TO PAY

There are a few ways to pay, this will be covered in your invoice letter.

Non refundable deposits are £60pp.

(Full payment is due if booking after 20th Jan 2026).
