    By signing this form, I release the organizing committee & QSF from any and
    all responsibilities (accident, injuries or losses) sustained during the tournament
    also I am medically fit to play in this tournament.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS

    1. Each girl is allowed in 1 category. In case of any exception then it’s subject of Organizing Committee decision.
    2. Ladies & girls event will be played on courts 1 to 8.
    3. All particpants must have a Qatar Squash ID player and Qatar National Card (QID)
    4. Matches will be played on a knockout basis.
    5. Matches will be played of the best of five games.
    6. Proof of age may be required at the discretion of the organizers. Kindly attach a copy from ID or Passport with the entry form & will not consider applications without attachments.
    7. Players not ready to play within 15 minutes of the appointed time will be scratched unless decided otherwise by the organizing committee.
    8. The Dunlop (xx) yellow dot black ball will be used.
    9. All Matches to be played at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.
    10. The right is reserved to fill vacancies caused by players scratching after the draw is made. This applies to the first round only.
    11. The WSF code of conduct will be applied.
    12. The matches will be played in accordance with WSF rules.
    13. Any dispute occurring during the course of the tournament will be dealt with make the appropriate decision.
    14. By accepting to enter this tournament players accept-to mark or referee matches if asked to do so.
    15. Completed entry forms are to be delivered by hand at the Reception of Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex or online.
    16. Entry forms without entry fee will not be accepted. Please fill in contact information clearly, and attach a headshot. For online registrations please make sure the payment is settled at QTF reception prior the first match.
    17. The junior player is the only one allowed to play in 2 categories (junior category & professional category)
    18. Entry Fees: QR 40 per player.
