    • Create a Child Campaign on Salesforce & your List on Pardot 

      ✔️ Create a child campaign in Salesforce to receive the leads after the import. Article: Create a child campaign.

      ✔️ Create a list in Pardot to capture all leads after the import. Article: Create list on Pardot.

      ❗ Make sure the child campaign name and pardot list name you submit below exactly matches the format and name of the assets you created.

      ❗ If a list has multiple member statuses, each status should be listed & requested separately. For example: 'List – Create Opportunity' and 'List – Attended'.

      ✔️ Mandary Field First Name, Last Name, Email, Company, Communication Language should not be empty.
      ✔️ Predefine values "Gender", "Communication Language" should have their own predefined values. Check the "dataValidation" tab of the list import template
      ✔️ Field that will be automatically be enriched by Clay "Number of Employees", "Functional Level", "C-LEVEL", "Main Department".
      ❌ No comma Remove all comma ,
      ❌ No semicolon Remove all semicolon ;
      ❌ Avoid multiline Keep content in a single line in columns
      ❌ Your Files should not have multiple tabs. The "Legend" and "DataValidation" tab in the template is for informational purpose.
      ❌ DO NOT rename any header field The header field names must exactly match those defined in the template.
      ✔️ Number of maximum prospect Limit is 500 records per CSV
