  • IS THE SLEEVE CORRECTLY HEIGHT-ADJUSTED ?

  • Various issues can arise if the sleeve isn't placed at the height it was designed to be placed at, such as paddings and fillings not being correctly placed.

On the anterior of the sleeve you should see a mark which indicates the middle of the patella.

  • Please try again placing the sleeve at the right height, and see if the identified issue persists.

You can give circumferences for up to 7 heights.

    • Help: How to take the measurements right
    •
    • WARNING: marks visible on the 3D scan indicating the heights at which you took the measurements are crucial to help us be more accurate when we control the scan's dimensions.
By not drawing marks on the stump before taking the scan, the risk of obtaining inadequate compressions is increased.

    • SCAN

    • ✅   No scan needed: Work from the existing 3D model

To activate this module, please go back to Page 2 and select "Upload new scan" instead of "Work from the existing model".

    • WARNING: You asked for the same knee angle as the last sleeve. If the uploaded scan has a different angle, we will edit the angle digitally, which generates some uncertainty on compressions.

If you prefer to keep the flexion angle of this new scan, please go back to Page 1 and select "Different from last sleeve" for "Knee Flexion".

    • WARNING: Editing the flexion angle digitally comes with some uncertainty. If you have the possibility, we recommend taking the scan directly with the desired flexion angle.
