  • Let’s create your workshop!

  • We’re here to help you build a workshop that works for you. Choose your preferred apparatus, skill level, and focus areas, and we’ll tailor a session that meets your goals. From beginner to advanced, from hands-on technical coaching to strategic mentoring—we’ll work closely with you to design a package that fits your club’s needs and aspirations.

Let’s get started—your ideal workshop is just a conversation away!

  • What happens next?

  • Once we’ve received your workshop request, a member of the IGA team will be in touch to confirm the finer details and coordinate a tutor’s availability with a date and time that suits your club. Once everything is agreed and the event reaches the maximum number of attendees, we will issue an invoice for the total fee. If there are fewer than 10 coaches confirmed, the workshop will be promoted on the JustGo portal to open it up to the wider community.

If you're requesting a space on an existing workshop, we’ll contact you as soon as a suitable session becomes available. Alternatively, if you spot a course or workshop listed on JustGo, feel free to book directly through the portal to secure your place.

  • Things you need to know:

  • All workshops follow the IGA Cancellation Policy, the same as our coaching courses. We recommend reviewing the Course Cancellation Policy in advance to ensure you're familiar with the terms. If a coach is unable to attend, they may be replaced by another coach, provided the replacement holds a valid DBS certificate, which is mandatory for all attending coaches.

Bespoke packages can include two-day events or tailored formats to suit your needs. Please note that travel expenses may be included in the final cost depending on the tutor’s location and travel requirements.

While we aim to accommodate as many workshop requests as possible, please be aware that bookings are first come, first served. If you’re keen to secure a date, we recommend getting in touch early to avoid disappointment.

🎓 Please Note – Workshops Are Educational, Not Qualifications

IGA workshops are designed to enhance coaching knowledge and provide hands-on educational support. These sessions are not formal qualification courses and therefore do not result in a certificate or official coaching award.

They are intended to complement your learning, not replace the need for completing a recognised IGA qualification course.

    Important:

Coaches must always work within the scope of their existing coaching qualifications.
Attending coaches found to be working outside of their qualified level will not be permitted to attend.
