I would like to register as a summer pool member. I understand Membership will be for the summer season; exact dates posted annually on website.  The cost of membership is a one-time fee of $1,000.  Food and beverages may be charged to your membership account and billed monthly or you can opt to pay as you go for food and beverages.

Upon acceptance of Membership, the applicant agrees to follow all Burningtree Country Club bylaws, rules, and regulations as set forth by Burningtree Country Club. I also authorize the Burningtree Country Club to offset any outstanding indebtedness due for payment on my method of payment if said payment has not been received within 45 days of any statement of account. I further agree to provide the Burningtree Country Club with an updated payment method as requested to satisfy any past-due balances. I will inform the Burningtree Country Club if my address, phone number/s, or email address changes to keep my account files current. I give permission to allow pictures to be taken and used for media purposes.

                   2025 Pool Rules

 

1. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

2. We are planning to have Lifeguards on site from Memorial Weekend until the 2nd weekend in August. Anytime there are no Lifeguards, you may swim at your own risk.

3. The pool will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am till 7:00 pm, and Sunday, 12 pm till 7:00 pm.

4. Membership is limited to the person(s) who joined the Club and are listed on your account.

5. Guest Fees are $7.00, which is charged to the Member's account. Members must register their guests upon arrival at the pool. If not, the guest may be asked to leave the pool.

6. The Member must accompany the guest(s)

7. All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.

8. NO OUTSIDE FOOD or BEVERAGES are to be brought on Club premises.

9. NO COOLERS! You will be asked to leave if a cooler is brought inside the pool's gates.

10. No pets, chewing tobacco, gum, tobacco products, vaping' products, or glass are allowed in the pool area.

11. Persons with contagious health conditions are not permitted in the pool area.

12. Members and Guests must wear proper swim attire. No jeans or cutoffs. No offensive swimwear.

13. NO RUNNING, ROUGH PLAY, OR PERSONAL CONDUCT THAT ENDANGERS THE SAFETY OF OTHERS IS ALLOWED. If a child does not listen to a lifeguard, the child will be asked to sit out for 10 minutes. If this becomes a habit with the child, the lifeguard will ask them to leave the pool for the day.

14. There is to be only one person on the diving board at a time.

15. All Members and their guests must respect the authority of the Lifeguards.

16. If a baby or toddler is in the pool without swim diapers, you may be subject to a cleaning fee. All babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers. NO EXCEPTIONS!

17. All concerns or complaints may be made to the Pool Supervisor or the General Manager. I will adhere to the rules above. If any guest, child, or family member or I do not obey the rules above, I will pay the fines and leave the pool until management contacts me concerning my arrival back at the pool.

AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR DIRECT PAYMENTS

We offer automatic payment of your membership fee or monthly charges from your checking or savings account, eliminating the need for stamps or concerns about payment while traveling. Payments will be automatically withdrawn of the 3rd of each month. To enroll in this convenient service, simply complete and sign the authorization agreement, indicate the payment date, enclose a voided check, and deliver it to the club. We'll handle the rest. I (we) hereby aurthorize Burningtree Country Club, hereinafter called COMPANY, to initiate debit entries to my (our) below at the depository financial institution named below, hereafter called DEPOSITORY, and to debit the same to such account. I (we) acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my (our) account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.

 

Payment withdrawal date: 5th of the month

This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until COMPANY has received written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in such time and such manner as to afford COMPANY and DEPOSITORY a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

NOTE: DEBIT AUTHORIZATION MUST PROVIDE THAT THE RECEIVER MAY REVOKE THE AUTHORIZATION ONLY BY NOTIFYING THE ORIGINATOR IN THE MANNER SPECIFIED IN THE AUTHORIZATION.
