  • Use this form to report instances where a person has been injured or a product is reported to present potential injury to a person.

     

    This policy establishes the procedures Kaplan Early Learning Company will follow when informed of an incident where one of our products may have caused or contributed to a child’s injury. It provides a structured approach for gathering and coordinating information to effectively respond to customers. Additionally, this policy helps protect children, the public, and the company’s legal and reputational interests by enabling us to assess whether the incident is an isolated case or part of a potential pattern that requires further investigation.


    Please reassure the caller (customer, parent, etc.) Kaplan Early Learning Company will look into the matter immediately and the situation will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department, Understand that the caller could be very emotional. The objective is to secure the "facts" and set the caller's mind to rest that we will expedite review of the situation.

    IMAGES: Ask the customer to provide digital pictures of the event, location, product, injury, manufacturer's information (label that includes manufacturing lot numbers if possible).
