Eligibility: To be eligible for certification, applicants must satisfy ONE of the following:
- A bachelor or graduate degree from a regionally accredited university or college in the engineering or STEM field and at aleast one (1) year of related experience.
OR
- An accpciate degree from a regionally accredited university or college in the engineering or STEM field and at aleast two (2) years of related experience.
OR
- At least three (3) years of related experience
OR
- Successfully complete Level 1 and one and a half (1.5) years of cumulative experience.
A certification candidate may skip the PSC Level 1 examination and certification requirements and apply directly for PSC level 1 certification if they meet it's elegebility criteria.
Exam Fee: The certification exam fee for applicants is $340 for non-members and $255 for members, which may be submitted via the HI website.
