O’Ryan’s Veteran Support Grant Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of submission ("Effective Date") between O’Ryan’s ("Company," "we," "us") and the selected Veteran applicant ("you," "Veteran"). This document outlines the terms of participation in O’Ryan’s Veteran Support Grant Program ("Program").
1. Purpose of the Program O’Ryan’s donates 10% of all annual net profits to directly support selected U.S. military veterans. These funds are intended to assist with essential needs, personal advancement, or meaningful projects that align with O’Ryan’s mission and values.
2. Eligibility Criteria To be eligible, applicants must:
Be a U.S. military veteran with an honorable or general discharge
Submit the O’Ryan’s Veteran Grant Application Form in full
Provide valid identification and verification of veteran status
Not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of O’Ryan’s leadership
3. Selection Process: Veterans are selected based on:
Verified need or proposed use of funds
Alignment with the values of independence, grit, and community service
Availability of funds during the annual donation cycle
All applications are reviewed by the O’Ryan’s Veteran Grant Committee. Grant recipients may be selected once per 12-month period.
4. Grant Disbursement
Grants are funded annually from 10% of O’Ryan’s net profits
Selected veterans will receive a direct lump-sum payment or designated expense coverage
O’Ryan’s reserves the right to limit the number or size of grants based on available funds
5. Use of Funds Grant funds may be used for:
Medical or mental health treatment
Housing, food, or emergency needs
Vocational training, certification, or entrepreneurship
Other needs approved in writing by O’Ryan’s
Funds may not be used for:
Illegal activity
Political campaigns
Gambling or debt repayment unrelated to need
6. Reporting and Impact Sharing Selected veterans may be asked to:
Share a short testimonial or video about how the grant helped
Permit O’Ryan’s to publish basic, non-sensitive details for transparency
Participate in follow-up communications for accountability and program evaluation
As a condition of receiving funds, selected Veterans must consent to the public sharing of their story, which may include photos, videos, testimonials, or summary write-ups published by O’Ryan’s for transparency and mission impact.
Participation in public content is voluntary and subject to the Veteran’s written consent.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality All applications and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality. No sensitive data will be disclosed without explicit written permission.
8. Termination or Withdrawal O’Ryan’s reserves the right to revoke the grant if the Veteran:
If they are found to have submitted false information
Uses the funds in violation of this Agreement
Violates applicable laws or misrepresents O’Ryan’s
9. No Employment or Affiliation Implied: Receiving a grant does not create employment, agency, or business affiliation between the Veteran and O’Ryan’s. If you are also an O’Ryan’s Affiliate, it has no bearing on the selection parameters and gains you no additional biased favor.
10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, where O’Ryan’s is incorporated, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.
11. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full understanding between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By submitting the Veteran Grant Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
