SVE Customer Membership Agreement

This membership agreement outlines the terms of our monthly membership. Please initial below each term indicating you have read and accepted the terms.
Any damages or issues stemming from past work or equipment not installed by Southern View Energy are not covered or warrantied by us.*
Members enrolling whose systems were not originally installed by Southern View Energy will be charged a one-time non-refundable processing fee of $150 for solar only systems or $250 for solar plus battery systems to transfer their monitoring platforms. You will be emailed an invoice for this within 24-48 hours of submitting this form. *Until you pay this invoice, we cannot start monitoring your system for you!**
You must currently have monitoring installed on your system to be able to benefit from this membership.*
You may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to accounting@southernviewenergy.com. A Southern View Energy representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to initiate the cancellation process. There are no penalties or additional fees for standard cancellations.*
