    Considerations:

    • Accessories: Need additional Paper Trays? WiFi kits?

    • Power Outlets: Some devices do not use the standard 120v 15amp outlet that we see in our homes. Ensure the devices you are receiving have an adequate power supply.

    • Space: Ensure your devices have the proper space needed to house your new device.  Will it fit on a desktop? does it need its own stand?

    • WiFi: Some Devices may not come with WiFi standard. Ensure devices are ordered with the proper capabilities or placements have access to a network jack.

  • Will your IT be in charge of distributing the drivers to end users? ie: Group Policy, locally, through elevated rights, etc.
  • Would you like Novatech to provide you with the print drivers?
