Please note- This is NOT a reservation form. This is simply a request to be contacted by the Recreation Coordinator for you to start the reservation process.

1. We do not accept same day requests.
2. We do respond to requests received over the weekend until the next business day (typically a Monday except for holidays).
3. Any requests received after 3pm will be looked at the following morning except if on a Friday or weekend, then we will respond by Monday.
