We are delighted you wish to book a delegate place (live or on-demand) at the AI Expo for Customer Service Excellence, showcasing AI-powered innovations from world class suppliers, and become a founder member of the Directors Club CX AI Special Interest Group (CX AI SIG).

For this AI Expo edition, we have two parts:

Part One | AI that Elevates Contact Centre Operations | Live Online at 08:30 – 10:00 BST or Later On-demand

AI-powered applications may include: Agent copilot, interaction summarisation, quality and compliance monitoring, realtime agent coaching et al.

Part Two | AI that Automates Customer Service Delivery | Live Online at 10:30 – 12:00 BST or Later On-demand

AI-powered applications may include: Agentic AI chatbots, smart FAQs, personalised customer portals, proactive service et al.

Each session will be broadcast live via Google Meet video conference and then made available on-demand via our DCTV platform.

AI Expo is free of charge to attend live or to watch later on-demand at your convenience.

Founder membership of our CX AI SIG is also free forever and you can cancel at any time.

Once we receive your completed form, I will confirm your CX AI SIG membership and AI Expo delegate place by return. This is a manual process and may take up to 48 hours.
