I understand that I will need to complete my PADI Enriched Air eLearning class, by choosing Aquatic Realm Scuba Center as my Dive Shop OR if I have registered and completed my online course with another dive shop, I am aware the practical session will have a additonal fee.

I understand that if I own my own dive computer, i will know how to navigate to the all the Enriched Air modes like dive planning, PO2 settings, conservative modes before my EAN Practical Session.

You will need to show proof of being a certified diver for enrollment.

I also understand that there are possible forfeit of payment if class not attended.
