This cover sheet has been attached to an Orangetheory Fitness Premier Membership Agreement or Elite Membership Agreement to document an offer that alters the terms of the Membership Agreement.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the attached Membership Agreement, Member and Studio agree that Member will receive a discounted monthly membership rate, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Offer valid starting May 1, 2025.
- Offer limited to individuals who are 14-25 years old and currently enrolled as a student who join the Studio at the Premier or Elite Membership level.
- If Member joins at the Premier or Elite Member Membership level on or after the offer start date listed above, Member will receive fifteen percent (15%) off of the standard Premier or Elite Membership dues each month for the duration of the membership.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other membership offer(s) with the exception of the Evergreen Referral Offer.
- Standard membership cancellation policies, as detailed in Studio’s Membership Agreement, are in effect.
- All other provisions of the attached Membership Agreement will remain unchanged.
- Offer available to local residents only.
- Offer void where prohibited by law.
- Restrictions may apply.
- Orangetheory Fitness reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion with or without notice.
