  • BOAT PASSENGER RULES

    ·        I understand and agree to the Boat Passenger Rules below:

    ·        I understand that I have a Duty to Exercise Reasonable Care for my Own Safety and I agree to do so.

    ·        I state that I am physically able to board, ride on and disembark a boat.

    ·        I agree to follow all directions from the boat captain and crew.

    ·        I understand and agree that I am required to check in at least 30 minutes prior to the schedule departure time, and that if I am not on board the boat at the time of departure, I will not receive a refund of my registration.

    ·        I understand that the boat ride may take place even in the event of rain or other weather conditions, under the direction of the boat captain, and that I will not receive a refund of my registration if I chose not to board the boat in the event of rain.

    ·        I understand that if the boat ride is cancelled for any reason, my registration will be applied to the rescheduled date, and I will not receive a refund of my registration.  If I am not able to attend the rescheduled date, I may transfer my registration to another person.

    ·        I understand that a signed, dated Boat Passenger Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Complete Waiver of Liability is required to be on file with UMOS prior to boarding the boat.
