  • Thank you for your interest in vending at the High on Love Bhakti Festival!

    We’re curating a small marketplace of offerings that align with the spirit of bhakti—handmade crafts, devotional art, nourishing food, sacred tools, and wellness goods. If your creations are rooted in love and intention, we’d love to hear from you.

    Please complete the following application thoroughly. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

    ⏳ Application Review Timeline:

       •    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

       •  You can expect a response within 2 weeks of submitting your application.

       •    If your application is not accepted, we will notify you so you can make alternate summer plans.

    All accepted vendors are required to purchase a pass for $111 which will allow them to vend and attend portions of the festival, as they wish. Accepted vendors are encouraged to bring an extra person to assist them at no charge.

    Operating Hours and Teardown Requirements
    Accepted Vendors are required to remain open and operational from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Early departure or closure is not permitted without prior approval from event management.

    All vendor tents, displays, and equipment must be fully packed up and removed by 6:00 PM.

    This deadline is strictly enforced to ensure there is no disruption to the evening main stage performances.

    Vendors are expected to:

    • Arrive on time for their assigned shifts.

    • Act in a professional, respectful manner that reflects the values of the Event, as written in the Event Code of Conduct.

    • Notify the Event Coordinator immediately if they are unable to fulfill their responsibilities.

    • Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in dismissal from the festival.

  • Liability and Indemnification

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Vendors during the Event.

    The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions.
