No devices can be issued to Tenants without written permission from the Owner or the Property Manager.

Tenants must produce written authority from the Owner or Real Estate Agent to have the charges added to Owners Lot account.

A $15.00 Administration Fee is required for all access device requests. There is an additional cost to cover postage if device is to be sent by post.

There is a fee charged by the Strata / Association to issue the device which is determined by them depending on the device. Additionally a $15.00 Administration Fee is payable for all key and access device requests, as well as a postage and handling fee that will be charged to you to cover postage if device is to be sent by post.

The invoice for key/ device will be issued by EMAIL and must be paid prior to dispatch.
