1. Underground Utility Disclaimer
Black Hat Realty Posts submits all legally required 811 location requests and will wait the required number of business days before performing any digging or installation services. Black Hat Realty Posts will not be held responsible for any damage to public utilities (including gas, water, electric, internet, and fiber) that were improperly marked, unmarked, or inaccurately located by utility companies or their representatives.
2. Private and Aftermarket Systems

, acknowledge that aftermarket or private systems (including but not limited to sprinkler lines, landscape lighting, private internet/fiber, or other underground installations) are not included in public utility location services and may not be visible to Black Hat Realty Posts.

accept full responsibility for notifying Black Hat Realty Posts prior to installation of the presence and location of any such systems.
Black Hat Realty Posts will not be held liable for damage to any unmarked or undisclosed private systems.
3. Property Access and Authority

- An authorized real estate agent or representative acting with full permission from the owner
4. Agreement Duration
This agreement remains valid regardless of any pending or future transfer of ownership for the listed property.
