Scholarship Application for 2026 Courses Curriculum

The Chapter and its 8 Districts are looking for Scholarship Applicants who are serious about achieving the CCIM Designation. The FLCCIM Scholarship program contributes to those entering or taking the CCIM Education program.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a FLCCIM Chapter or District Scholarship, the applicant MUST be a paid Chapter Member at the time of Application. Use the guidance below to become a better commercial practitioner & receive scholarship funds for your CCIM education.

The Goal of awarding Scholarships is to assist those wanting to attain the CCIM Designation and become active participating members of the Florida CCIM Chapter and a local District.

Each Scholarship is individual and will have a definitive value. It may also have specific criteria or may be used for one specific course or event. Please read carefully to see if you qualify for that Scholarship

By submitting this application, I agree that in the event I am chosen to receive a scholarship, Florida CCIM Chapter, the CCIM Education Foundation or the CCIM Institute may use my name, likeness and/or profile in printed and electronic promotional materials. I understand that these scholarships are awarded for in person CCIM Courses. This is how you learn more than course content and how you can become a commercial professional. This is how you build your relationships for business. I also agree and understand that I will not be reimbursed for any course(s) already taken and that this scholarship cannot be applied retroactively or partially credited or refunded. The Scholarships from this application will be used for courses in 2026. I understand that if I fail this course, I will be responsible for all expenses relative to the course taken. You will Register for your Course by June 1, 2026 and submit to the District Scholarship Chair via a linked form. If you do not Submit proof of your Paid Registration the Scholarship can be awarded to another qualified applicant. Contact your Scholarship Chair of any changes made to your Registration course. Upon successfully completing the course, submit proofs to the Scholarship Chair for reimbursement. The reimbursement form will ask for Course Name, Date & Location, Proof of Course Completion & Passing, and Proof of Full Payment of Course. Also, if you are receiving an "Named Scholarship", the proofs are the same, but the process for reimbursement is slightly different. The on-line application must be submitted Prior to September 30, 2025. Information submitted will be forwarded to the applicable District, State and National Chairs and personnel for consideration as needed. Don’t expect Notification until late Fall. An Award & Term Letter will be emailed to the recipient from the FL CCIM Chapter with a copy to the applicable Scholarship Chair. If you have any questions regarding your application, please contact the Chair or Vice-Chair of the Florida CCIM Scholarship committee. You may apply for more than one scholarship, but you will only be awarded a maximum of one each year. If you apply a second Year, applicants who have not previously applied and received a scholarship will have priority.

Florida CCIM Chapter Named Scholarships

The Bob Ward, CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or the Chapter and are looking to move into leadership positions. Do you wish to apply for the Bob Ward Scholarship?

The Cynthia Shelton, CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or Chapter, who are looking to move into leadership positions. It can ONLY be used for CI103 (If you have not previously taken it and if you have already at least passed CI101). Do you wish to apply for the Cynthia Shelton, CCIM Scholarship?

The Robin L. Webb, Florida Chapter CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or the Chapter and are looking to move into leadership positions. The applicant agrees to the criteria set forth here in the Florida Chapter District Scholarship application. The Scholarship can be used toward the cost of tuition of any courses provided by the CCIM Institute. Any students receiving scholarship grants must express the intent to pursue a career in real estate. Scholarships, if awarded to students in higher education, must be made to those attending accredited colleges and Universities. This scholarship can be applied toward the CI101, CI102, CI103, CI104, Core Class Review (CCR) and exam/expenses, or the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy. Roane, Florida Chapter CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or the Chapter and are looking to move into leadership positions. The applicant agrees to the criteria set forth here in the Florida Chapter District Scholarship application. The Scholarship can be used toward the cost of tuition of any courses provided by the CCIM Institute. Any students receiving scholarship grants must express the intent to pursue a career in real estate. Scholarships, if awarded to students in higher education, must be made to those attending accredited colleges and Universities. This scholarship can be applied toward the CI103 (if passed pre-requisite of CI101), Core Class Review (CCR) and exam/expenses, or the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy. FLCCIM District Scholarships

To apply for a District scholarship, you MUST be a member of the District for which you are applying to qualify for those specific scholarships. As a member of the District, you are open to qualify for all scholarships that are being offered by that District if you meet all the criteria. Please follow your Districts link to view all the scholarships the District is offering and the criteria for each. If awarded, the District scholarship committee will choose which scholarship you will be awarded.
