  • Scholarship Application for 2026 Courses Curriculum

  • The Chapter and its 8 Districts are looking for Scholarship Applicants who are serious about achieving the CCIM Designation. The FLCCIM Scholarship program contributes to those entering or taking the CCIM Education program.

    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

    To qualify for a FLCCIM Chapter or District Scholarship, the applicant MUST be a paid Chapter Member at the time of Application. Use the guidance below to become a better commercial practitioner & receive scholarship funds for your CCIM education.

    • The Main Requirement for the Scholarships is Florida CCIM Chapter Membership. Not a member yet? Join now!
    • When you join the Chapter as a Member, you are automatically a Member of your local District. Participate in your District's events.
    • Get to know your Local CCIM Designees who will share their passion for the CCIM Designation
      • Go To TotalCommercial.com or the Chapter Members page on this website to see who's local.
    • Applicants are only eligible for a scholarship toward 1 CCIM Core Course.
    • Learn more about participating in your District
    • Ask about Member and Institute Candidate Benefits
    • Participate in events, introduce yourself to Designees, and let people know you are interested. Your best chance to receive a scholarship is being known and not just a name on a paper.

    The Goal of awarding Scholarships is to assist those wanting to attain the CCIM Designation and become active participating members of the Florida CCIM Chapter and a local District.

    Each Scholarship is individual and will have a definitive value. It may also have specific criteria or may be used for one specific course or event. Please read carefully to see if you qualify for that Scholarship

  • Florida CCIM Chapter Named Scholarships

  • The Bob Ward, CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or the Chapter and are looking to move into leadership positions. Do you wish to apply for the Bob Ward Scholarship?
  • The Cynthia Shelton, CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or Chapter, who are looking to move into leadership positions. It can ONLY be used for CI103 (If you have not previously taken it and if you have already at least passed CI101). Do you wish to apply for the Cynthia Shelton, CCIM Scholarship?
  • The Robin L. Webb, Florida Chapter CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or the Chapter and are looking to move into leadership positions. The applicant agrees to the criteria set forth here in the Florida Chapter District Scholarship application. The Scholarship can be used toward the cost of tuition of any courses provided by the CCIM Institute. Any students receiving scholarship grants must express the intent to pursue a career in real estate. Scholarships, if awarded to students in higher education, must be made to those attending accredited colleges and Universities. This scholarship can be applied toward the CI101, CI102, CI103, CI104, Core Class Review (CCR) and exam/expenses, or the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy. Roane, Florida Chapter CCIM Named Scholarship is open to all those who are members of the CCIM Florida Chapter, who participate in their District or the Chapter and are looking to move into leadership positions. The applicant agrees to the criteria set forth here in the Florida Chapter District Scholarship application. The Scholarship can be used toward the cost of tuition of any courses provided by the CCIM Institute. Any students receiving scholarship grants must express the intent to pursue a career in real estate. Scholarships, if awarded to students in higher education, must be made to those attending accredited colleges and Universities. This scholarship can be applied toward the CI103 (if passed pre-requisite of CI101), Core Class Review (CCR) and exam/expenses, or the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy.   • FLCCIM District Scholarships

    To apply for a District scholarship, you MUST be a member of the District for which you are applying to qualify for those specific scholarships. As a member of the District, you are open to qualify for all scholarships that are being offered by that District if you meet all the criteria. Please follow your Districts link to view all the scholarships the District is offering and the criteria for each. If awarded, the District scholarship committee will choose which scholarship you will be awarded.
