PARKING: When booking the coffee trailer: we will need a parking location that will fit a truck and a 12ft pull behind trailer. Parking will need to be level with customer access on the passenger side of the serving trailer. BOOKING PRICING/MINIMUMS: HarperBelles is a mobile coffee catering business, our set ups are based on bookings. Each booking is priced accordingly and by the needs and requests of each event. We do have a service minimum for both service length and sales that is adjusted to fit the size of your booking. If the sales minimum is not met during the service time the balance will be billed to the host. SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP: We often have the opportunity to work with local businesses and community members who want to sponsor our truck to come to local school campuses. HarperBelles does not organize or provide sponsorship options, any businesses/persons that may be interested will need to contact the school in questions PTO/PTA. FUNDRAISING & SPONSORSHIP: HarperBelles doesn’t not offer fundraising or profit share options at this time. We do have a set budget for sponsorship each year and diligently work to support our community when and if we can. If you are looking to have us serve at a fundraising event we are more than happy to supply a “donation jar” where customers can give outside of their purchase and 100% of that would be given to the host of the event/serving time.

PRIVATE CATERING & EVENTS: (Bridal showers, Baby showers, Weddings, etc.) We require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold the date of your event. We also offer personalized menus & drink ware for each event and would love to craft something perfect for your perfect day.
