Pet Application

If you are a tenant, please ensure you have written permission from the Landlord/Real Estate Agent prepared to attach to this Application. ***Please note that an application fee is payable by the applicant prior to the arranging of a meeting seeking approval.

Applicant Acknowledgement and Declaration

By submitting this pet application, I/we acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. The pet will be kept on a leash or transported in an appropriate carrier at all times while on common property and will not be allowed to roam freely, including in gardens, corridors, lobbies, or car parks.
2. The pet will not cause harm, pose a threat, or be a nuisance to any resident, visitor, or other animal, including through unreasonable or excessive noise.
3. All pet waste, including excreta, will be promptly and properly disposed of. I/we understand that pet waste (including kitty litter) must not be disposed of via sewerage or water systems.
4. The pet will enter and exit the building only via the car park floors and lifts. Pets will not be brought through main lobbies or into pool areas (where applicable).
5. Approval, if granted, applies only to the pet named in this application. I/we acknowledge that a separate application is required for any additional pets.
6. I/we indemnify the Owners Corporation for any damage to common property caused by the pet or by myself/ourselves or carers in relation to the care and maintenance of the pet.
7. I/we will notify the Owners Corporation in writing if the pet no longer resides at the property.
8. I/we understand that approval may be reviewed and revoked if any complaints are received regarding the pet.
9. I/we acknowledge that a meeting fee is payable to process this application: a base fee of $165.00, plus $4.50 per lot in the strata scheme. I/we agree to pay the applicable fee in full prior to the meeting being arranged.
