By submitting this information I accept that:

1. The pet is kept on a leash or carried in a suitable transporting device at all times whilst on common property. At no time is the pet to be released from its leash or let to roam freely whilst on common property, including gardens, corridors, lift lobbies, or car park where applicable.
2. The pet does not harm or cause threat to any member of the community, community property, person or other animal.
3. The pet does not cause nuisance through unreasonable or excessive noise or otherwise.
4. Pet waste including excreta is picked up and disposed of properly both inside and outside the lot including when in public, community and common areas. Pet waste and excreta related material (eg. Kitty litter) are not to be disposed of via the sewerage or water systems.
5. Pets are to be entered into the building through the car park floors and lifts and not through the main lobby of buildings.
6. No pets are allowed to the pool area, where applicable.
7. Approval only applies for the pet nominated in the approval letter and does not apply to additional pets which will need to be subject to a separate application.
8. Pet owners agree to indemnify the Owners Corporation for any damage caused to the common property of the Owners Corporation. Such indemnity covers damage caused by the pet directly or indirectly or by the owner/ carer directly or indirectly in relation to the care and maintenance of the pet (including the disposal of pet waste and related material).
9. Pet Owners will advise the Owners Corporation in writing when the pet no longer resides at the address stated in the application for approval, such that approval is no longer required.
10. Approval will be reviewed and may be revoked in the event that any complaint is made in respect of the pet.
11. I acknowledge and accept the fees payable by me associated with this pet application. The fee per meeting to seek approval are calculated as follows: A base fee of $165.00, plus an additional $4.50 per lot in the strata scheme
I understand that the final amount will be calculated based on the applicable number of lots, and I agree to pay the full cost as required prior to the meeting being arranged.
