What You Are Enrolling In

Mission Activation Incubator is a ninety-day build container powered by Mission Activation Framework™. It consists of nine live group sessions delivered over approximately twelve weeks, each 2 hours in length, held via Zoom in a rhythm of three consecutive weeks followed by one implementation week, repeating three times.

Inside this container, you will:

Identify the mission-critical project your business requires now, and architect that project with a defined scope and execution plan.

Complete a build that structurally changes how your business operates
All sessions are recorded. Replays are provided after each session in the member's portal. You will receive the Participant Manual prior to the first session.

Enrollment Pathway

This agreement covers the pathway selected below.

Cohort Incubator. Nine live via Zoom diagnostic sessions over ninety days, full curriculum, build environment, and cohort participation.
Total investment: $7,500 USD.

Leadership Intensive Track. Everything in the Cohort Incubator, plus three private sixty-minute diagnostic sessions with Linda Berger for deeper leadership recalibration work.
Total investment: $12,000 USD.

 

Investment and Payment Terms

Payment options for the Cohort Incubator:

Full payment of $7,500 USD due upon enrollment
Payment plan: 3 installments of $2650. USD each, billed every 30 days beginning on the enrollment date, for a total of $7,950. USD

Payment options for the Leadership Intensive Track:

Full payment of $12,000 USD due upon enrollment
Payment plan: 3 installments of $4150. USD each, billed every 30 days beginning on the enrollment date, for a total of $12,450. USD

All payments are processed securely. By signing this agreement, you authorize the payment schedule agreed to.

If a scheduled payment is missed, you will be notified in writing. Access to the container continues in good faith while payment is being resolved. Continued participation constitutes agreement to fulfill the full payment obligation regardless of attendance or completion status.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable after the first live session.

Prior to the first session, a full refund will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date.

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued after the first session, regardless of attendance, participation level, or personal circumstances. By enrolling, you accept full financial responsibility for the agreed investment.

Participation Expectations

The Incubator is designed for business owners who are prepared to work. Your results will be shaped by the quality of your engagement.

You agree to:

1. Attend the nine live sessions
2. Work on one project only during the ninety-day container, with no parallel builds
3. Implement between sessions and bring real decisions and obstacles onto the calls
4. Come prepared with your manual and current project questions for each session

Sessions will not be rescheduled due to individual participant absence. Replays are provided to support continuity.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All materials provided in this Incubator, including the Participant Manual, session content, frameworks, language, methodology, audio, and processes, are the proprietary intellectual property of Mission-Led Institute, LLC, protected under copyright law.

Permitted use:

You may use the material solely for your own business development within this container

Prohibited use:

*Teaching, presenting, or delivering this material or any portion of it to others, in any format, paid or unpaid
*Sharing, distributing, reproducing, or transmitting any materials outside of this container
*Incorporating this methodology, framework, language, or structure into any program, course, coaching service, or offering you create or deliver
*Using this material for commercial gain in any form

Enrollment in this Incubator does not grant any license, certification, or permission to teach, represent, or replicate this work.

Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized teaching, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this material constitutes infringement of intellectual property and a material breach of this agreement.

A liquidated damages fee of $12,000 USD per occurrence will apply, in addition to any other legal remedies available to Mission-Led Institute, LLC. Each unauthorized use, teaching instance, distribution event, or sharing of this material, whether to an individual or a group, constitutes a separate occurrence and will be treated as such.

Confidentiality

This Incubator is a closed container. What is shared by participants inside the live sessions, including business situations, personal disclosures, and strategic decisions, is confidential and remains within the group.

You agree not to share, discuss, or disclose the personal or business information of other participants outside of this container, during or after the program.

Disclaimer

Mission Activation Incubator is an educational and advisory program. Linda Berger and Mission-Led Institute, LLC make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue results, or project completion.

Results depend entirely on the participant's engagement, implementation, and decisions. This program does not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Agreement and Signature

By signing below, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood this agreement in full
2. You agree to the payment terms and understand the non-refundable policy after the first session
3. You agree to the intellectual property and confidentiality terms
4. You are enrolling voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your participation and investment
