Rental Agreement Terms
Equipment and Rental Terms

I hereby agree to rent a personal watercraft (Jet Ski) from Liquid Adventures, LLC located in Texas. I understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

·       Renter must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued ID and a valid boating safety education certificate, if applicable under Texas law.

·       Renter must have a credit card in their name to rent a Jet Ski.

·       I will always wear a life jacket while operating the Jet Ski.

·       I will not operate the Jet Ski under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substances.

·       I will attend a mandatory safety briefing prior to operating the Jet Ski.

·       All Jet Ski operators must be born before September 1st, 1993, or have completed a Boater's Safety Course.

·       A GPS tracking device may be utilized for safety and compliance purposes.

·       I am responsible for any damages incurred and any late return fees.

·       The renter agrees to rent the following: One (1) personal watercraft (Jet Ski), inclusive of one life jacket per rider, and a safety lanyard.

·       Rental period: From [Start Date/Time] to [End Date/Time].

·       Rental rate: $75 per hour or $500 per day.

·       A refundable security deposit of $200 is required and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the equipment.
Condition, Damages, and Maintenance
· Renter acknowledges that equipment is provided in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition.

· Renter is liable for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair/replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

· Renter must immediately notify Company of any mechanical failure or safety concerns. If its an emergency, call 911.
Late Returns and Fees
· Jet Ski must be returned by the end of the rental period. Late returns will incur a fee of $50 per 30 minutes.

· If the equipment is not returned within 2 hours of the agreed return time and no contact has been made, the equipment may be reported as stolen.

· The equipment must be returned at least 30 minutes before sunset.
Assumption of Risk and Insurance
· Renter acknowledges the inherent risks involved in water sports and voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, death, or property damage.

· Renter is encouraged to obtain personal insurance coverage. Company’s insurance does not cover personal injuries or damages caused by the Renter.
Waiver & Release of Liability
WAIVER & RELEASE

I understand and agree that operating a Jet Ski involves risks including injury, drowning, and equipment failure.

I hereby assume all risk and release Liquid Adventures, LLC and its agents from liability for any injury, death, or property damage during my rental.

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from use of the Jet Ski.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings will be handled in the appropriate court in Texas.
