How long have you practiced yoga? Please describe your yoga practice including asana, pranayama, meditation, or any other mindfulness practices.

Please list any physical limitation or medical conditions that might impact your particpation in this training. Note: Injuries and conditions will not keep you from being accepted into the program, but they are important for me to know about in order to keep you injury free.

What are you hoping to learn/gain from this training?
Requirements: All applicants must have an established yoga practice of at least 1 year and maintain an 80% average on all quizzes and exams.

The training begins with the foundation and builds upon it throughout the program. The quizzes are used as checkpoints to ensure we are all tracking together. You will be well prepared for each one. It is our priority to offer each aspect of the training in a comprehensive way that you feel confident applying as you build your teaching practice.
Investment

Early bird pricing for the training is $3400 if paid in full before 9/30/2025 After 9/30 full payment for the training is $3600. Payment plans are available and require a credit card be automatically charged each month along with a signed contract. After a $500 deposit, your card will be charged $520 on the first of each month during the training (for a total of $3620). Flexible payment plans are also available. Please contact me if you need a more flexible schedule. Your YTT investment includes the 200 hour training and manual as well as unlimited yoga classes at Prana Yoga for the duration of the training.
We will be using 3 books in the training which you can purchase online or receive a 20% discount on the books if you purchase them at the studio.
