    Haven't Taken a Test Yet? We recommend a timed practice test or our middle-tier package to get started.
    Category 1: ACT 20 or Below / SAT 950 or Below Group classes and one-on-one tutoring with 25+ hours of prep are recommended to build foundational skills.
    Category 2: ACT 21–24 / SAT 951–1190 Approximately 15 hours of one-on-one prep plus group classes to improve scores effectively.
    Category 3: ACT 25–28 / SAT Above 1190 5 hours of tutoring plus group classes or a 10-session one-on-one package for advanced preparation.

    • Package Usage & Additional Session Charges

      By purchasing a tutoring package, you acknowledge that the package includes only the number of sessions specified at the time of purchase. It is the client's responsibility to monitor their remaining sessions.

      If tutoring services continue after all package sessions have been used, any additional sessions will be billed at the applicable per-session rate unless a new package has been purchased in advance. By scheduling, attending, or allowing a student to attend sessions beyond the purchased package, you agree to pay for all additional sessions and any applicable fees.

      Niceville Tutoring will make reasonable efforts to notify clients when a package is nearing exhaustion; however, the inability to reach a client or the absence of a notification does not waive the client's responsibility for payment of services rendered. Clients are responsible for all tutoring sessions attended, regardless of whether a package has remaining sessions.

      Test Prep Package Usage Agreement: I acknowledge that all test prep packages are purchased in 60-minute session increments. If I choose to schedule sessions longer than 60 minutes (such as 90-minute or 2-hour sessions), multiple package hours will be deducted from my remaining balance based on the total tutoring time provided. If my package does not contain enough remaining hours to cover a scheduled session, I authorize Niceville Tutoring to invoice me for the additional tutoring time at the applicable test prep rate. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my package balance and for all charges resulting from tutoring time that exceeds my purchased package.

      Package Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Package sessions are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. If a session is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, one session will be deducted from your package. Same-day rescheduling requests will also result in one session being deducted from your package, even if the session is moved to another day or time. Acts of God will not result in the loss of a session.

      Package purchases are non-refundable. However, sessions never expire and may be used at any time. In the rare event that we are unable to find a suitable tutor rematch, a refund may be considered.
