Package purchases are non-refundable. However, sessions never expire and may be used at any time. In the rare event that we are unable to find a suitable tutor rematch, a refund may be considered.

Score Guarantee Requirements
- No More Than 4 Tutoring Hours a week, w/o prior permission
- If a student cancels with less than 24 hours' notice more than three times, then the program will be forfeited, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- We will do our best to accommodate parents' meeting preferences in Niceville or Destin, but Zoom can be requested as well.
- If the child goes past 50 hours of tutoring, then we will move to free class passes only.
