By accepting this booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
• I am an independent contractor and not an employee of Men of Legends.
• I agree to arrive on time, follow event instructions, and conduct myself professionally at all times.
• I understand that all clients, guests, leads, referrals, and booking opportunities introduced through Men of Legends belong exclusively to Men of Legends.
• I will not directly solicit, accept, negotiate, or perform future bookings for any Men of Legends client without prior written authorization from Men of Legends.
• I will not exchange contact information with clients for the purpose of future bookings.
• Any request for additional performers, hours, services, or future events must be referred to Men of Legends management.
• I agree to keep confidential all client information, event details, pricing information, and business operations.
• I understand that violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from future bookings and legal action.
• I acknowledge that compensation for this event will be paid after completion of services through an approved payment method, including Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, ACH transfer, or other approved methods.
• I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor.
