In collaboration with NISPPAC and DCSA, NCMS is gathering current reasons why Facility Security Officers (FSOs) frequently return applicants' Personnel Security Questionnaires (SF86 via eAPP) for corrections. Our goal is to identify the most common mistakes applicants make.
Please identify the most common rejection error. This will allow us to improve the system capability and data entry process to reduce the amount of time applicants and FSOs must spend in completing accurate Personnel Security Questionnaires.
