Financial Agreement
By completing and signing the registration form, I agree to the following financial terms:
1. Registration Fee:
I will submit a $50 registration fee for each course I enroll in. I will submit this registration form for each course I enroll in.
2. Course Payments:
- For the 8-Week Ministers Training Course, I agree to make 4 payments of $150.
- For the 8-Week Intro to Bible Study Methods Course, I agree to make 4 payments of $150.
- For the 8-Week Marriage & Family Counseling I Course, I agree to make 4 payments of $150.
- For the 8-Week Human Growth & Development I Course, I agree to make 4 payments fo $150.
- For the 8-Week Youth & Young Adult Ministry & Leadership Course, I agree to make 4 payments of $150.
- For the 8-Week Church Administration & Ministry Operations Course, I agree to make 4 payments of $150.
3. Non-Refundable Payments:
I understand and agree that all payments made are non-refundable.
4. Payment Obligation:
I acknowledge that discontinuing the certificate program does not excuse me from paying the total tuition amount.
I understand that failure to complete the full tuition payments may result in legal action.
5. Payment Deadline:
I agree that the total course fee must be paid in full on or before the Final Payment date specified by each course(s).
6. Payment Methods:
I will submit payments via Zelle (rtiscultivate@gmail.com) or CashApp ($rtiscultivate) on or before the scheduled payment due date.
7. Consequences of Late Payments:
I understand that failure to make payments on or before the due date may result in my inability to continue attending classes.
8. Missed Classes:
I acknowledge that missing a scheduled class does not reduce the total amount of payments owed.
