Creekside MomCo Registration 2025/26

As A Mom Community:

By registering for our group, you are making a commitment to do life with these other moms for this season.

At the very end of this form, you will be asked to add your credit card details for payment. These dues can be paid in full or by semester.

2025/2026 Dues:
- $88 for the year, for moms needing childcare**
- $73 for the year, without childcare
We have scholarships available! If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please choose the appropriate option in the payments widget and you will be asked to provide additional details.

These dues do not cover all of our expenses, but do help offset the costs associated with childcare, crafts, speakers, breakfast, coffee, paper goods, and technology. Our two consignment sales are our main fundraisers for MomCo. They help pay for all of the costs associated with our group. Local dues include MOPS International membership, required by our charter agreement with Mops International. We will register you, so you do not have to do it! If you have a current membership, renewing adds 12 months to your current expiration date.

**MomCo leadership reserves the right to move members to the childcare waitlist after 3 failures to attend reserved spots or unresponsiveness to communication. We are not able to provide refunds.

Due to fire marshal rules and teacher/child ratio requirements it is extremely important that you select the correct class for your child BASED ON THEIR BIRTHDAY.

If the room for your child is full, please choose the waitlist option and enter your child's information. We always have a seat at every meeting for every mom. If you can arrange alternative childcare for your children, please join us for as many meetings as possible. Prior to each meeting, if a childcare spot opens for your child, we will notify you.

Special note on babies:

Any babies less than six months old should sit with moms during the meeting. We have lots of other moms and mentors who love to hold babies so you can still have a break! If you have an infant who will be sitting with you during the meetings, please select the Infant in Arms option below. This will add your baby to our KidsCo list so we can plan a spot for them once they are six months old.

Scholarship Request

We want as many moms as possible to find community at MomCo regardless of their financial situation. Creekside MomCo is able to provide scholarships based on the success of our fundraisers each year. All scholarship requests will be evaluated by the MomCo steering team and Creekside Church Leadership on a case-by-case basis and will be approved based on the availability of scholarship funds. If accepted on scholarship, our desire is for you to be actively engaged in our meetups, social events, and service opportunities.
