If you would like an earlier appointment, you can get on my cancellation waitlist if you have a future booked appointment. Clients with booked appointments have priority to move up.

This form is not a commitment to scheduling an appointment. This form will allow me to collect all the details of your request, give you an accurate quote, and match our availabilities.
Once I respond to your request, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your selected date/time (it will go towards your end total on that day). You are able to reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit must be made to book a new appointment.

*If you are a returning client looking for a touch up on your tattoo, please text me with a current photo of your tattoo and your availability to schedule.

Please note that with fine line tattoos, a touch up may be necessary after 4 weeks. Initial touch ups are generally complimentary for most small designs around 1-1.5 inch, but there may be a small tray fee for medium/larger designs.
Areas with more friction can fade more/faster (hands, fingers, wrists).
I DO NOT tattoo the side of finger tattoos (white flesh area), palms, or feet.
