STEP 1 - Software Licensing & Terms:

MonkeySoft Solutions Inc and Focus Brands LLC entered into an agreement dated Nov 30, 2022 for a Software License and Services of the MONKEY platform for catering and Online Ordering for Catering (the "Master Agreement").

To be granted a license to a Schlotzsky's deployment of MONKEY , you must accept all Terms & Conditions and EULA as outlined within the linked MONKEY Franchisee Agreement / MONKEY EULA
STEP 1 - Software Licensing & Terms:

MonkeySoft Solutions Inc and Focus Brands LLC entered into an agreement dated Nov 30, 2022 for a Software License and Services of the MONKEY platform for catering and Online Ordering for Catering (the "Master Agreement").

To be granted a license to a McAlisters Deli deployment of MONKEY, you must accept all Terms & Conditions and EULA as outlined within the linked MONKEY Franchisee Agreement / MONKEY EULA
