PROCUREMENT POLICY:

If you request help purchasing shoes, Sneaker Forge Custom Kicks will act as a personal shopper on your behalf. We are not a retailer or a manufacturer.

We will source your requested shoes from reputable retailers (Nike, Amazon, Eastbay, etc.).
You will be invoiced for the retail cost of the shoes, shipping, and a $10–$20 procurement fee depending on sourcing time and availability.
The procurement fee is non-refundable once the shoes are ordered.
The total invoice will include: the shoe cost, customization work, any added personalization, and shipping (if applicable).
Full payment for the price of the shoes/cleats is required before shoes will be ordered or customization will begin.
Sneaker Forge Custom Kicks is not responsible for:
Incorrect sizing ordered based on client information
Out-of-stock products or price fluctuations
Delivery delays or errors by third-party sellers. We cannot guarantee color accuracy of the ordered shoes due to differences in monitor displays and brand stock changes.
